Rescheduling. Rescheduling within 5 business days may incur a rescheduling fee.

Scope matters. If a case exceeds the scope of the selected track, we will recommend the appropriate track with both parties' approval.

In-person costs. Travel, venue, interpreters, and other third-party costs are billed separately.
