Eric Farber is a mediator, entrepreneur, author, and former trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience navigating high-stakes disputes, negotiations, and business relationships.
Throughout his legal career, Eric represented some of the most influential names in music and entertainment, including the Tupac Shakur Estate, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eazy-E, The Notorious B.I.G., and the Jacksons, as well as more than 200 professional athletes, including Andre Ward, Vernon Davis, and Jason Kidd. His work encompassed litigation, intellectual property, business disputes, negotiations, and the complex personal and commercial relationships that often surround creative businesses. His representation of the Tupac Shakur Estate extended for nearly two decades.
Eric later founded Pacific Workers, growing the firm into one of California’s largest plaintiff-side workers’ compensation practices, with six offices and approximately 120 employees, before its sale in 2026. A 15-time California Super Lawyer and author of The Case for Culture, Eric brings to mediation the perspective of a lawyer who has litigated disputes, an advisor who has negotiated high-stakes matters, and a founder who understands the realities of building and running a business.
Creative industries. Commercial perspective.
